How to Order

I only work on 2 projects at a time. Sometimes projects have a natural dead spot while I wait for materials or processes to be done. So working on 2 projects means they can overlap. I rarely make more than 3-4 projects a month.

Build time varies dramatically and delays happen. This is why I only work on 2 projects at any time so that I can manage your project with personal updates. I do not work well with constant demands for updates and pressure, my creative process needs space to pursue ideas and make mistakes, please respect that if you want to work with me.

I don’t follow the typical “Custom Order” methodology. I prefer to work with clients to understand their needs, and then create something I feel fits that parameter. I need artistic license and creative control of what I make. If you are uncomfortable with that then I’m probably not the best fit for your ideas.

I maintain a waiting list for interested clients. To order anything from me you need to be on the waiting list. When you’re at the top of the list you get to discuss your idea with me, and then place an order. To get on the Waiting List, please contact me

Orders require a 50% deposit. This is to cover my time conceptualising your idea, as well as materials and overhead costs. If cancelled, this deposit can only be refunded when the project is completed and resold to another interested buyer.

Once your order is accepted, and deposit paid, we will talk about what it is you want in more detail. I will come up with some ideas and pitch them to you, and we will come to a mutual understanding of the project parameters.

Balances plus shipping (if any) are payable on completion of your project. If payment is not made within a reasonable time frame I reserve the right to resell the finished project to interested buyers.
